We employ:

• Part Time Hours as required to suit you and us
• Full Time 36 Hours per week
• Contracted when needed

ALL employees may benefit from (Pro Rata):

• Six Weeks Paid Leave (30 days) per annum - Including Statutory Days, Bank Holdays etc.
  (Leave must be taken in agreement with your Manager, and will probably be off season we're afraid).
• Annual Performance Related Bonus of up to 20% of Salary based upon previously agreed Goals and Targets.
• 2.5% Employer Contribution to your SIPPP or Stakeholder Pension.
• 1% Post Tax Profit Share per annum.
• After 60 months of continued employment, a Share Option of 1 Ordinary Share in the Company that you may redeem for £1

All appointments are made on a 6 month trial period.  Following a successful trial, we will offer a permanent contract.
